Founded the Organization "Beacon"

In 2022, during my freshman year, I founded the team, "Beacon", with the slogan — "Shine light on the unknown." The team consisted of 23 Taiwanese students, and our goal is to help others by sharing past experiences. IG: beacon.co_

1. We organized three online seminars with Tsing-Hua University graduates, and 200 people participated.

My Role: HR, event planning, promotion, documentation

After hosting our first seminar, I noticed that NTHU students were significantly interested in pursuing overseas studies and careers. Therefore, I planned two more seminars, focusing on sharing experiences related to studying abroad. I contacted and invited several accomplished graduates to share their experiences of studying and working abroad. The response was highly positive.

Speakers included Professor 徐伯均 from the University of Chicago in the United States and professionals from the United States and Singapore, sharing their experiences of studying and working abroad, assisting NTHU students in planning their future careers.

1.2 We organized a team and conducted online lectures on the learning journey.

Noticing that my fellow classmates in the 108 curriculum were unsure how to prepare their 學習歷程, I decided to organize a seminar to assist our juniors.

In early 2023, I contacted my classmates and gathered 20 fellow students to share their experiences and results.
